The stay was comfortable and the location is great, close to the main restaurant district. Rewritten: I had a comfortable stay at a great location near the main restaurant district.

Quiet room (but maybe we were lucky), short way to the Centre of Zaragoza,
Difficulties with communication - not all staff speak another language then Spanish, no restaurant or any bar in the hotel, only intercontinental breakfast

The staff was great and the room was very comfortable.
Cooling choices were keeping the window open or using the airconditioner. The setup required leaving the room key in a slot to run the electricity so when I took the room key out the electricity went off and any cooling stopped. This was true for all the hotels I stayed in.

We like that the rooms were spacious and that it was an apartment style arragement.
It was difficult to park vehicles within the basement parking garage.

I went to visit family.
It was very basic, I stayed in a two star hotel in Zaragoza last year, it was more comfortable, and had more facilities.

The convenient location close to a grocery store and corner store was a highlight, and the breakfast offered a variety of options including eggs and bacon.

Really nice place! Big rooms and a wonderful bathroom with both shower and bath!
To get to the center of Zaragoza you have to take the bus, but the bus stop is just in front of the hotel!

Gym next door to hotel. Free access if hotel guest. However it opens at 8.30, so no chance of an early morning workout before work unless you leave at 9.30. Also, the gym is very 80s and body-building style, not a wellness and aerobic gym. Low price for accomodation
Shabby room and glum bathroom. Low quality breakfast.

Very clean, very comfortable, friendly staff, very good location and good value for money.
Small things such as noise of air conditioning, only one pillow in addition to bolster supplied in double bed. Only one chair in double room.
